Burns Dental Care

Due to the ongoing threat of the Covid 19 virus and recommendations from the American Dental Association we will only be seeing patients on an emergency basis until April 24th at this time. We will continue to monitor this ever changing situation. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this difficult time. We are still available for emergency visits from 9am-noon. If you have any questions or concerns about upcoming visits or have an emergency please call our office. We hope everyone is staying safe at home and hope to see everyone again after this has ended.

The staff and doctors at Burns Dental Care take the health and safety of our patients very seriously. We will continue to monitor this ever changing situation concerning the Covid-19 virus. The American Dental Association is recommending that we postpone any elective treatments for the next three weeks. Following this advice, we will remain open for dental emergencies but are postponing hygiene visits and elective procedures until April 6th. The following is a statement from the ADA: ADA Calls Upon Dentists to Postpone Elective Procedures (March 16, 2020) The American Dental Association (ADA) recognizes the unprecedented and extraordinary circumstances dentists and all health care professionals face related to growing concern about COVID-19. The ADA is deeply concerned for the health and well-being of the public and the dental team. In order for dentistry to do its part to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the ADA recommends dentists nationwide postpone elective procedures for the next three weeks. Concentrating on emergency dental care will allow us to care for our emergency patients and alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments. As health care professionals, it is up to dentists to make well-informed decisions about their patients and practices. The ADA is committed to providing the latest information to the profession in a useful and timely manner. The ADA is continually evaluating and will update its recommendation on an ongoing basis as new information becomes available.

It’s very special day today here at Burns Dental Care Dr. Taylor is turning the big 3-0!!! So we wanted to share a little trip down memory lane with you all!
