David was supportive and the experience was fine, but the underwriting team was very slow and unresponsive about our status. Multiple updates to the same documents had to be submitted over a long span of time because progress stagnated and old versions became dated. At least two voicemails requesting clarity, answers to questions and updates went unreturned.

David responded quickly to our questions and addressed any concerns. Easy to contact and connect with.
