We are happy to announce Cut Above Meat Processing will soon be offering USDA Inspected Pork and Beef Specialty products for sale. We have received the highest complements on our smoke and cured hams, cured bacon, brats, and breakfast sausage recipes. So, we have decided to offer these items from USDA Inspected products purchased from our supplier, after we work our special seasoning processes on them. Please bare with us as our website is under construction. Items may start showing up but we will not be able to fill orders until we have it fully up and running. We will announce specific details on ordering processes and when orders are actually being taken in the near future!
