We love the holiday season! Having four kids and a wife who loves to give and get things done early, we are already done Christmas shopping! Of course I have to give all of that credit to Pam. I usually wait until Christmas Eve to get my shopping in. At this time, most of the shelves are empty which makes for easier choices!

Did you know the highest close for the S&P 500 so far in 2020 (as of 10/12/2020) at 3581 happened on September 2, 2020. Interestingly enough, the highest close for the index has occurred in either September or December in 7 of the last 8 years! (2012-2019) (source: BTN Research). We all have our reasons for doing what we do. Here are mine. This is my wife, Pam, and our four children. They definitely keep us busy! Some days it's incredibly hard to leave them for work. Yet, other days, it seems a little easier than it should be. There are four of them, you know?! I love all of them with all of my heart and even though being a financial planner is an amazing opportunity and I love my clients, being their husband and dad is my absolute favorite job in the whole world.
