"Just a class act. Have been coming here before covid, but mostly this rating is for since March 2020 to now. The takeout has been excellent. Always consistent. The Cunettos salad is my go to along with some other classic dishes. Tonight we had the new cheesecake and it was stellar. Very fortunate to have this place so close, when I was younger we’d drive 40 minutes just to eat here and now I live blocks away. 5 stars for sure." Phil H

Esquire says #CunettoHouseOfPasta is one of "100 Restaurants America Can't Afford to Lose!" Here is what they wrote... I know everyone thinks the best Italian food in America is in New York, but I’d argue they haven’t been to the Hill in St. Louis, Missouri. Driving down to these streets and bouncing between the cafes and bakeries and grocers felt like going on an exotic sojourn when I was very young, and the thought of losing any of these mom-and-pop establishments and the culture that goes with them fills me with dread. The crown jewel of the area is Cunetto’s. Aside from being the first place I tried veal (which ended in tears as my parents explained just what veal is), it’s a menu with absolutely no fuss but tons of flavor. Also, they serve amazing toasted raviolis, a St. Louis classic. MV

So I have no words to express the gratitude to Esquire Magazine. They have honored Cunetto House of Pasta as a top 100 restaurant they don’t want to close. Sorry I’m not savvy enough to include a link. Thanks to my family and great staff for without them there would be no Cunetto’s. - Frank Cunetto
