Remember that we have one more club shoot on August 8th, and only classes with 3 or more QUALIFIED shooters (3 shoots, 3 work requirements) after the last club shoot will be eligible for a 2020 Shooter of the Year award. Here is the updated list of members and completed workday requirements. Everyone is welcome to come out and shoot on August 22, but please remember - you must be a member and complete 3 work requirements to participate in the extra events of the Championship Shoot that day. You have 3 opportunities to add to your work requirements at our next shoot on August 8 setup, teardown, and/or assist with registration. If you do not complete at least 3 work requirements by August 8,... you will not be able to make them up on the day of the Championship. From the ASA Federation of Missouri: Due to so many of the scheduled qualifiers being cancelled from the lock down, and after having a discussion with the federation director Laval Dee Falks in London we are going to make the Missouri Asa state championship and open shoot this year. Normally by this time of year we have around 250-300 people qualified and usually can expect about a 1/3 of that for the state shoot. While I do not have the exact number for this year as of ye...t, suffice as to say attendance has been down. In order to be eligible to compete at the state shoot you must be current on your Asa membership. Those that have taken the time to make sure they are qualified up to this point will receive a discount on their entry fee. The only out of state shooters eligible are those who participated in a dual qualifier, however there will not be a discount for out of state shooters. Marshall Bowhunters has been hit really hard this year as have others and we are trying to drive up some attendance for the club. We hope to see everyone come out and support a great club that is sure to challenge everyone! We hate to have to go this direction but we hope we can count on the great family of Missouri Asa shooters in these trying times. Thank you all in advance for your continued support!
