PLEASE READ: Due to continuing concerns over COVID, CROSSLINES will continue to require face coverings regardless of the Joplin city council vote on the mask ordinance. Face coverings MUST cover the nose and mouth completely AND be worn the duration of your visit. Non-compliance will be asked to leave. Face shields are available to borrow. They are disinfected after each usage. We value the health and safety of our staff, volunteers and clients many of whom have health issues. THANK YOU for your cooperation in this matter.

Information about COVID-19

We are CLOSED Thursday, Feb. 18th, 2021 due to the weather. Next week's weather is looking better. Hopefully, our services can go back to normal. For non-commodity services: Monday, 4-5:30pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 10am - 1:30 pm. Commodities will be given on Wed. 10am - 1:30. Donation hours are the same as above.

We are sorry to inform you all that our applications for financial assistance have been taken down; they will re-open on Monday March 15th. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may pose, we are trying our best to provide services for everyone during this hard season. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Crosslines be CLOSED on Wed, Feb. 17th, 2021 due to the weather. 2nd and 3rd week commodities can be made up on the 4th Wed., Feb. 24th. There will be more people than usual due to making up the 2nd and 3rd week commodities so please plan accordingly. A little PATIENCE will go a long way.

During this holiday season when we are seeing record breaking numbers, mostly composed of people who have never needed our help before, please consider giving at crosslinesjoplin.org/donate.

NOTE: The face covering MUST completely cover the mouth AND nose. The covering must be worn for the ENTIRE time you are in the building. In order to protect the staff, volunteers and clients - Those not wearing the face covering correctly will be asked to leave without services for that day. Thank you for your compliance in this matter. NOTICE: A face covering is required for any adult entering the Crosslines facility. This is in order to protect our employees (several of who...m have contracted COVID already) and our volunteers (many of which are seniors) and to abide by the new ordinance. Regardless of your view on masks, please wear one out of respect for the people who have continued to serve you and yours during this crisis. If our volunteers were unwilling to risk their health, we would have to close temporarily. In order to avoid this, please just wear a mask. Face masks will be provided, although we ask that you bring your own if you can (they are expensive for us to provide). If you have a medical reason as to why you cannot wear a mask, we will provide you a face shield instead.
