What fiber foods do you eat? Show us using emoji’s Fiber, fiber, fiber. Everyone knows you need fiber in your diet, but do you know why? Dietary fiber is a non-digestible carbohydrate. What we're looking for is a soluble fiber that can feed our bacteria friends in your gut. Those bacteria break down the fiber in a way the rest of our body can't and produce a wide range of nutrients that benefit the rest of our body. Fiber helps facilitate healthy digestion, modulates your appetite, and helps manage your cholesterol. The best way to get fiber is by eating a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and healthy grains.
