Usually our specialty is breakfast, but this Valentines weekend we wanted to provide our guests with an option for a romantic dinner! On the Menu: Salmon or ba...rbecue with roasted veggies on a bed of mashed potatoes followed by a trio of decadent mini desserts Thanks everyone for a great weekend!

This past Friday marked the beginning of our second annual Mother's Rest Weekend. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to host these amazing parents/caregivers of special needs kids and adults. Thank you so much for all that you do!

As Innkeepers of a historical mansion built in 1915, preserving its historical integrity is a top priority. We do not take "remodeling" or making any type of ch...ange lightly. We feel we have an obligation to not only our guests but to the many individuals who spent years of their lives maintaining and developing the essence of this place over the past more than a century. This january we made the decision to close the mansion in order to refinish the wood floors in the entry and living areas among other projects. Our goal being to highlight and preserve the natural beauty of this amazing space. We are happy to say we could not be more excited by the results! Can't wait for you to see it

Decided to pop the big question during their stay with us in 2020. Now in 2021 they are welcoming their first child together! We are beyound excited to see the many blessings this year will have in store for our amazing guests

Today marks our one year anniversary of hosting wonderful guests at this historic and beautiful Inn! A couple staying with us this weekend was also here on our ...first weekend of owning the Inn a year ago. It has been such a great year of meeting couples like this and many others that cherish the peaceful beauty of the Mansion and Property. Monica and I are so thankful to all of our guests that have joined us on this adventure. We appreciate each and every one of you! Monica has poured her heart, soul, and muscles into making everyone comfortable when they stay. Her kindness exceeds expectations and brings warmth to so many people. Monica is so passionate and immersed in the history, beauty, and essence that makes this place so special. It has been such an honor to see couples as they are taken back in time and have the opportunity to forget the stresses of these times. My wife of 31 years deserves my thanks and appreciation for making this such a successful year. I love you. Thanks to all of our guests for your patronage and kind words. We couldn't have done this without all of you. Thanks also to the family and staff for all of the work you have put in. Your support and dedication means the world to us. Here is to another year!
