The first feasibility study, known at the time as enterprise plans, was conducted in 1993 for the City of North Richland Hills, TX, a suburb in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, for their destination waterpark, NRH2O. Enterprise plans were a big step out for design firms at that time because they worked to create a sustainable business model for the facility and its finances.
