It's the holiday season! Join us at the Community Hub this Saturday from 12 pm -2 pm for Coffee & Gooey Butter Cakes! Come and learn more about the West End Plan as it transitions into the New Year. We also want to hear your thoughts and concerns. In addition to cake and coffee, we will be handing out free Ameren Energy Kits, kid's take-home kits, and conducting a gift card giveaway!
