Our first wedding went off without a hitch even though it was a little cool out it was still a beautiful day for a wedding.

Good morning all! One more day left before our first wedding and Open House on Sunday from 1-5.

Times a tickin! Our first wedding is Saturday, praying for no rain.

Gotta say this may be my favorite part of the venue... it will be the bar for serving drinks.

ALOT has been going on at the venue this past week.... the fire pit is almost done just a Little left to do.

They started building our public restrooms today, should be enclosed by the end of the day tomorrow.

Don't forget to mark your calendars for our Open House/Grand Opening, Sunday April 8th 1-5. The venue is available for weddings, family reunions, birthday parties or company picnics, so come check it out.

We we're looking for inexpensive flooring to cover up the concrete floor in this room because of the poor condition it was in so..... we used plywood cut in 6 inch strips then put a white wash over it, I like the way they turned out especially since it cost less than $200.

Concrete is done, electrical going in today, I think we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Our cottage is starting to come together, walls in the bedroom are done, ceilings are next!

We we're able to salvage some of the lumber when we tore the old roof off, it worked out perfect for the kitchen floor!

Booking now for 2018.

They got slot done on pavilion today, loving those cupolas!

Happy Monday! We will have prop rental available at Common Bond, here's a few things that's available so far. The wooden lantern frames are great for center pieces, I used what I had around the house to give you an idea but the possibilities are endless! The metal birds you can order and have them customized with your name and date. Metal florist buckets are beautiful with fresh flowers.

The pavilion is FINALLY going up!!

Just picked up 150 of these white metal chairs for the venue, so glad we decided to use these versus folding chairs!

What a difference a little paint can make.... excited to see the outside finished. Window panes are next to get a fresh coat of paint.
