We broke ground today at the New Combs & Boat RV Storage site in Imperial, MO by digging and installing several hundred feet of drainage pipe. The fact that MANY Boat & RV storage sites are built in flood plains due to the low cost of flood plain land never ceases to amaze me. Nothing is worse than a storage site with water and security issues. Today it is about water. At the new Combs Boat & RV Storage facility we are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on drainage to ensure that your belongings stay bone dry. More on our massive security system later
