Our number one priority is taking very good care of our valued clients and customers whether that’s closing a buyer or seller, doing a refinance, or a commercial closing. We are staying vigilant by taking your health and safety very seriously. Things may look a little different, but we are continuing to work hard on your Transactions ensuring no delays. Here is a reminder of the steps and policies we have in place to keep everyone healthy:... A face mask is required at all times. If you or anyone else in your party has COVID or COVID Symptoms arrangements to close remotely or in the parking lot can be arranged. Only signers of the transaction and at the request of the signer their agent is allowed to be at the closing. Our closing rooms are sanitized between every closing. Each party uses a new pen for each closing We are spacing out the closings to allow for proper sanitizing and no overlapping of appointments. Please call our office once you arrive prior to entering the building for your scheduled closing appointment.
