Cobblepot Cottages

Here's the second elevation - we call it the Penguin. This is a single story with a small loft along the front windows. Septic system and laterals are in along with electricity. Assuming we can get steel fabricated, they should be out of the ground in a few weeks. More pictures to follow. A huge thank you to @ Matt Matthew Lero and RDM Architecture ! POW!!! We started!!! Cobblepot Cottages are coming soon to the Gravois Arm of lake of the Ozarks. Our vision is to create unique contemporary treehouse cottages for 4 seasons of couples-only escape. The first phase features 4 cottages perched among the trees overlooking the lake. Our second tier property will give you a serene, wooded setting while the adjacent lakefront lot will give you full access to all the lake has to offer. Whether it's enjoying the fall foliage, spending a day bar hopping, or taking in the sweeping views, we think these cottages will bring a unique, luxury experience to the lake.
