I’m constantly reminded of the importance of our thoughts, the vibration our thoughts hold and their impact on the collective. I’m not going to candy coat, it’s been a tough year. A lot of things have changed and are different now. Taking action from the many podcasts, books, mantras, mentors and guides I’ve employed has helped keep me redirected, with forward momentum. Yes, I’m still ...practicing as an LMT (with a reduced schedule), a partner at @thetafloatspa and collaborating to practice as a lifestyle and wellness coach. Life’s Vibe will complement all of it.
