10 YEARS OF BUSINESS! I can’t express how grateful I am to have my doors open after 10 years of business and after the last 5-6 months all of us have been effected by. Covid might keep us from having the celebration party of my dreams but it isn’t going to stop me from feeling grateful and feeling blessed! I am so thankful for each and every single one of you! Without you none of this is possible! This year so many of you really showed up for us through donations of clothes ...and to our go fund me. Offering to volunteer at my shop and also offering so many words of encouragement. So many of you have asked how we can all work together to keep this shop alive through such a difficult time and your concern and love for my shop keeps me going! I never dreamt that in my 10th year of business I would be fighting so hard for my shop. That I would be back in the trenches of small business but that’s where I’m at along with so many other small businesses and thank goodness I’m in KC because I truly believe that Kansas City loves to support their local shops, artist and makers! The honest truth is this virus epidemic has been financially devastating to my business but I’m also thankful for what has surfaced through it. We have been selling in our IG stories for awhile now but the shutdown nudged us to pivot to an online store. Something that keeps giving back to us! Something that I kept putting off so I’m thankful for the nudge! I’m so thankful for everyones support through the years and especially through the last few months! I still have a lot of faith and fight left in me! Here is to 10 years! We will celebrate next year on our Lucky number 11th year of business! Have any of you experienced something positive that Covid nudged you into???
