I think it was good ol' honest Abe that said you should sharpen your ax before you chop down a tree. Whether you're a lumberjack or a person trying to grow a sm...all/medium business, he was right! I've said it before and I'll say it again... get your branding and your offer/market fit right before you jump into scaling with digital marketing channels. This is the difference between spending your cold hard cash on promotion and hearing crickets and seeing a wildfire of leads and interest. Between my offers and various client campaigns, the ones that work blow up immediately. There's very little time waiting for results... you're just trying to figure out how to optimize results as quickly as possible. Ready to grow? Here are the channels that will help you do this the fastest in 2020. 1. Google Search Ads Why? You bid on keywords where people are already in the mindset to buy now or very soon. 2. Facebook Ads Why? With the right offers you can hit the "buy now" people and you can also build up mindshare for people who would be buying next month and onward. 3. YouTube Ads Why? Same reasons as FB and Google Ads. A few more thoughts in the comments section.

Some Blasphemous Thoughts on Designing for POP (No Decision Makers Allowed)

Today a Tim Ferriss video popped up in my feed that I remember seeing years ago. I ended up watching it again and it reminded me of some good points about effec...tiveness vs. adherence. The main point is that it doesn't really matter how effective your strategy is if you can't stick to it over the long term. This goes for #business, fitness, health, diets, acquiring new skills, and pretty much anything you want to focus on in life and get good results. It is better to choose a strategy that you can pull off consistently. Rocket science, I know! However, it's an easy trap to fall into and I know I've done it more than once or twice in my life.
