Today a Tim Ferriss video popped up in my feed that I remember seeing years ago. I ended up watching it again and it reminded me of some good points about effec...tiveness vs. adherence. The main point is that it doesn't really matter how effective your strategy is if you can't stick to it over the long term. This goes for #business, fitness, health, diets, acquiring new skills, and pretty much anything you want to focus on in life and get good results. It is better to choose a strategy that you can pull off consistently. Rocket science, I know! However, it's an easy trap to fall into and I know I've done it more than once or twice in my life.
