Khachapuri is a cheesy bread from Georgia. It's the OG Stuffed Crust. We add blue fenugreek, a wonderful aromatic Georgian Spice, to our cheese mix of Mozzarella, Kashkaval, and Feta. ... Turkish Pide is a long thin crust Turkish Pizza topped with finely minced meat or cheese. We have 3 options tonight. Lamb seasoned with green peppers, garlic, tomato, turkish pepper paste, and parsley Chicken seasoned with onion, parsley, preserved lemon, and green ajika (A Georgian spicy herb paste ) Finally a Cheesy Pide with Mozzarella, Garlic, Basil, Oregano, and Crispy Onion
