At Citywide Alarms, our number one goal is to protect our customers and our employees. As the COVID-19 has continued to impact our local St. Louis community, we are following the government and CDC’s guidance. There have been no interruptions to our monitoring capabilities and services. Should there be a mandated closure, support teams are acquired with the technical capability of working remotely. There will be absolutely NO alarm monitoring interruption. In a false alarm ...event, we urge all customers to cancel dispatch with the monitoring station as soon as possible. First responders are currently working overtime to ensure our community’s safety. Our service and sales teams are ready to respond if you have any needs. To encourage social distancing, we are offering virtual appointments to view properties enable to build custom estimates. Please contact us at (314) 266-6760 to schedule an appointment. We have issued our technicians and salespeople to stay home if they feel sick or have been in contact with anyone who is sick. Our team has been equipped with additional cleaning and disinfecting supplies. We are also asking our customers to notify us if they feel sick, have been in contact with anyone who may been exposed to COVID-19, or have traveled recently so we can take the necessary precautions.
