Update: he was chipped and owner found Update again: found someone to temporarily house the pup but still looking for the owner. Update:after further investigation a lady found the dog in Winfield and didn’t know where to go and tried to drop it at a groomers here in old Monroe (which she cannot take as she doesn’t know the dog and can’t risk with her groom dog customers) and I guess then the lady just dropped it in our town so it’s been here all night in the cold wet. Thi...s explains why it seems so lost. It also seems well takin care of. I feel like this is a pet of someone’s that’s lives near Winfield. Running loose in town. Seems lost.
