Hello Everyone! Citizens Spine and Sport will be closed on Tuesday 08/18 while Dr. Armstrong will be doing continuing education with the Titleist Performance Institute. We are always striving to continuing learning when it comes to patient/athlete care! We will be back open for normal business hours on Wednesday!

Many of you have asked if we are open during this time and the answer is, YES! Our office protocol has changed to follow the Covid-19 guidelines. Our waiting room has been arranged to keep safe social distancing recommendations, all surfaces are heavily sanitized, masks are worn by all staff, temperatures taken prior to treatment as well as a screening questionnaire. ...
