Just had to share with my friends, Yesterday was one of the most exciting days!!! Some of you know, I love the game of golf. My parents played golf and I always said if I wanted to see my parents I would have to go to the course. Of course that is an extreme exaggeration, but I took lessons, but did not like the game much. Then I married Ken and he played so we played on and off, and when I had small children, I would sometimes play. Being a nurse did not afford much time to play, and real estate all I did was work. Not very Happy but 3 years ago I joined a ladies group that meets Thursday Morning at Tapawingo. Well Yesterday on the Woodlands course #8, par 3, I got a hole in one. It was so thrilling to call my 95 yr old mother (who by the way was club champion in her 80's) and my family to tell them. We celebrated last night!

Homes are selling like hotcakes. We are in the spring market. Inventory is low, Interest rates are low, homes are selling in days with multiple offers
