In regards to the post I shared yesterday about Missouri House Bill 2159, it currently is showing at WITHDRAWN!!! This is great! However we will be watching to see if they resubmit something that has different wording. My suspicion is that they will reword it to not effect tobacco products as much. Now we wait.

Good news for our 18-20 year old customers. Until ATC receives clarifying guidelines they will be enforcing the 18 year age restriction. This will affect the Warrensburg location only, as the Blue Springs location is T21 via City Council decree. PLEASE Use this time to make a plan on how you will lower your nicotine levels to where you can stop without being forced to quit suddenly. Withdrawals are real and we do not want to see anyone having to go through that.... In addition, we are sorry to anyone we had to turn away this weekend.
