At the request of Pastor Walker our church is in prayer for the family of Evangelist Claudia Price many of you remember Pastor Walker would let her conduct revivals at our church and she preach on the Sunday night radio broadcast service. She went home to be with the Lord on October 18, 2020. Keep her husband Bishop Albert Neil North and her family in your prayers. She was the mother of the singer Kelly Price.

Today we honor Rev Tyrone Grant Hanks, Pastor of the Evangelist Temple Church of God in Christ in Jackson, Mississippi. He has preached for our church several times, and he and Reverend Walker are good friends. We honor you sir for clergy appreciation month

October is clergy appreciation month and we'd like to honor our beloved Pastor Reverend S Willis Walker. He has been pastor here for 21 years and he has lead us to great levels in God. He's not a selfish man but he gives his best to our church even when he walks away from the table empty handed. Pastor Walker has stuck with Christ Fellowship through the ups and downs of our church and never complained about it. He also is a pastor who will not compromise biblical standards for friendship with the world. Sometimes misunderstood by people, doors shut in his face, but yet he finds a way to keep going and today we honor you and say we thank God we have you as our pastor.
