We want to thank all of our customers during this time for your patience and understanding. As most of you know we had our carcass cooler go down over the weekend during this extreme heat. We are having new cooler units installed so this won't happen again. We will be up and going Monday with the facility completely cleaned from top to bottom, so we are ready to start again. Just wanting to let everyone know we are still open and running our normal business hours. We are doing our part in the sanitation measures as needed to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. As we do not sell retail we do know customers in the area that do have retail available. We are still running our normal slaughter days. We do have some pork products available. The hogs come from sunny meadow farm. The meat is processed under USDA inspection. He has given us permission to help sell his products. There are also farmers in the area that also sell individual cuts in the local area. We do have farmers that have beef sides or whole available.

If anyone is looking for half or whole beef I do have access to a few. Call us with your beef or hog needs.

We are changing our hours starting February 10th. We will be open from 7am to 4 pm monday through friday. We will still be closed 12 to 1 for lunch. Pick up after 4 pm will be made by appointment. Just a days notice for pick up after 4 pm for the following day. Thank you.
