OPEN GOLF WHEN WEATHER ALLOWS It looks like the next time we will be open for golf will be this Friday, Dec. 18th at 11:00. Please help our staff know how many carts to bring out by calling for a tee-time.... We have no golf tournaments scheduled, other than the HOLIDAY BRAMBLES (weather permitting) the day after Christmas, on Saturday, Dec. 26th, and on New Years Day, Jan. 1st, 2021. Right now, I am thinking that these will both begin with a 12-noon shotgun start, with registration at 11:00. Teams will then be organized by the Holiday Bramble Committee at 11:30, and announced at 11:45. MASK MANDATE STILL IN EFFECT Green Hills Golf Course is still under a "MASK MANDATE" issued by the Livingston County Health Department, and supported by the City of Chillicothe & Livingston County. This means that you MUST have a mask on when entering the GHGC Clubhouse. Please help us by following this mandate in order to ensure that "others" will be safe! In addition, following this simple rule enables GHGC to remain open, which allows you to continue playing golf when the weather allows. HAPPY HOLIDAYS Diana, Molly & Jola and I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year this Holiday Season. This has been a crazy year and we are all going through a very difficult time. But with patience and perseverance, we will get through it all and hopefully get back to normalcy in the spring. I hope you get the chance to spend some time with family -- cherish that opportunity, as you never know when it will end.

These will both begin with a 10:00 shotgun start. Registration will be at 9:00, with teams being organized by the Holiday Bramble Committee at 9:30, and announced at 9:45. WEATHER WILL AFFECT GHGC The forecast is calling for a FREEZE tonight and it will affect our weekend. Right now, I don't anticipate opening, tomorrow or Sunday, until around 12-noon (either day) -- if at all.... Please make sure you call the GHGC Clubhouse (660-646-6669) before coming out -- to save you a trip. Remember that the temperature has to be at least 40-degrees before we allow anyone out on the golf course, including the driving range & putting green.

GHGC NEWS STATE GOLF RESULTS Chillicothe Senior Golfer Hallie Jones improved her MSHSAA Golf Championship position on the second day of the state golf championships at Meadow Lake Acres Country Club in New Bloomfield, to finish 19th out of 75 Class 2 Golfers.
