Hey yogis, Sage Studio is dedicated to the wellbeing of our members and has made the difficult decision to suspend in person classes until the pandemic crisis ...is resolved. We do so to join with the other studios and businesses in town that feel we can help stop the spread of this virus by doing so. It is a community effort that will result in a community benefit. Starting today there will be no classes at Sage Studio. However, we are working out a solution for online classes that will be available to our members and our drop in people as well. They will be on facebook live, at least for the beginning phase, and will occur at regular class times. Starting tomorrow we will be offering our regular scheduled classes and teachers right in the comfort of your own home. It is my hope that by offering this we can all continue the amazing sense of family and connectedness we all share at Sage. It is also my hope that by having to figure this out we will be able to continue to offer online classes after the crisis has passed. It is an opportunity to choose our response to this situation rather than reacting, some thing we talk about often in class. It is also a chance for us to grow, challenge, and expand ourselves, and connect in new ways in the face of adversity. Now, that is good yoga!!!!!! Strong on the mat. Strong online!!
