Dear Fellow Owners and Associates, By now you should have received your 2019 ESOP statement and stock certificate. As a result of your continued commitment and dedication to our company mission, growth strategy and your individual work the company (and your share of it) has increased in value by over 75% in just the 3 years since we established employee ownership shares. We had a 33% share increase this year and an average increase per year of over 20% since inception! It is ...with great pride and appreciation that Jamie and I recognize and thank you for all your contributions to this effort. The key to the success of your ESOP has been and will continue to be the aggressive growth rates we have achieved together over the past 3-4 years. We and our executive team are committed to this continued growth and all that is required to achieve it. We will continue to hire the best salesmen in the business, highly dedicated support and administrative personnel, all necessary outside resources and a superior corporate infrastructure. This is our promise to you. In closing let me say that 2020 has already been and will continue to be a challenging year for US industry. However Chemtron’s goal of achieving another year of strong double digit (20%) growth will not waver. In spite of these unprecedented challenges we had a record March and another record quarter. April and May have been good months and we beat our forecast for both months. But obstacles will emerge ahead and when they do we must remain focused, dedicated and unwavering in our determination to achieve our critical goals, individually and corporately. Chemtron RiverBend is pleased to welcome Barkley Knight to our team! Effective May 13, Barkley has joined us in the role of District Manager in Alabama. He received his BGS & MS from Louisiana State University. Barkley was most recently employeed with Solenis as Area Manager for 5 years. Prior to that he spent 4 years with United States Steel in a variety of roles and over 10 years with GE and Southwest Engineers in a variety of sales development positions. He has extensive experience in steel making, paper, chemical, petrochemical and influent/effluent water systems as well as general manufacturing and commercial institutional markets. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Engineering Technology, Industrial Distribution. He received his Executive MBA from the University of Virginia. Chris was most recently employed with ChemTreat as Director Corporate Sales/Area Manager for 12 years. Prior to that he spent 10 years with Drew Industrial... as Senior Area Manager and 10 years with Buckman Laboratories as Industry Technical Manager. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Environmental Science. Shawn was most recently employed with Nalco as District Sales Manager for 5 years. Prior to that he spent a year with US Water as Area Manager and 9 years with ChemTreat as Area Manager. We are thrilled to have Shawn on board with us!

CRB is pleased to announce that David Ruppel has joined our team effective October 1st! David has joined us in the role of District Manager in the Kansas City area. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BA in Biology and a MBA from St. Francis University. David was most recently employed with ChemTreat Inc as Area Business Development Manager. Prior to that he spent 3 years with ZEE Water & Energy Management as Area Business Development Manager and over 20 years with Nalco in various Sales & Marketing roles. We are glad to have him on board!

Chemtron and River Bend Labs are excited to announce we have refreshed our brand identity to best reflect the combined strengths of our two divisions. For 30 years, Chemtron and River Bend Labs have both excelled in their areas of water and biological treatment, consultation, and products. While we have always worked together behind the scenes, bringing our two divisions together by name will allow us to better serve our clients now and into the future. The new name, Chemtr...onRiverBend, will of course result in a few changes. Our web address is changing to a new domain, www.crbwater.com. Our email addresses will change as well, however our previous addresses will forward to the new, so there will be no interruption or missed communications. The Chemtron Executive Team is excited to announce another record breaking month! April sales, exceeded budget for the month by 24%, were 33% ahead of last April and are 19% ahead of last year to date (LYTD)! This represents a great start to our Q2 drive to continue to achieve 4 years in a row of stellar double digit growth, geographic expansion, and new market penetration. Both businesses, RBL and Water had very strong months with the Water Group setting a new monthly recor...d for revenues. Gross profit for the company was in line with these increased revenues. There were a few new accounts sold this month for which we are all grateful and proud. However we want to recognize a special outstanding performance by Jeff Eastes. Jeff closed over $750k in new business (large paper mill & large chemical plant) this month alone, which is an individual record for our growing business. Congratulations Jeff! As we march on in 2019 to our annual sales revenue target, the continued acquisition of new business across all regions and individual territories will be key to our ultimate success in achieving our aggressive goals for 2019. There is much in the sales pipeline; large and mid-market opportunities. We hope to report more on those new customers in the next/coming weeks and months as well as the sales personnel making those contributions and leading those successful campaigns. And lastly we are very excited to announce to our employee owners that your efforts last year resulted in an ESOP stock price increase of over 45%... unparalleled by any major market indices or comparables.
