Anyone that knows me, knows how particular I am about my desserts...that is actually an understatement. I happened upon Loco Kitchen in my Facebook feed and the trolling began. I was impressed by the photos, the homemade seasonings, and the flavor profiles of their savory foods featured. I instantly messaged asking if they make the desserts homemade as well. We had several conversations about food, treats, flavors, likes and dislikes. I gave them complete creative control... and said surprise me. Fast forward to the day of reckoning...I received banana muffins, chocolates with cranberries and pecans, and tea cookies. Muffins were dense, moist and flavorful...definitely enjoyable Tea cookies have made it on my top 5 list for favorite cookie...perfect texture, perfect flavor, and perfect sweetness Chocolates...the dark chocolate was creamy and coated my mouth beautifully...add the crunch of the pecans and the chewy, slightly tart dried cranberries...candy bliss! As incredible as these treats were, my favorite part of this experience was the customer service. Nothing but kindness and joy. I was asked questions about my tastes.
