AMONG US: CMS Drama students played a performance version of the popular phone game "Among Us," where students drew cards to determine whether they were a crew member or an imposter. Students had to complete acting related tasks at stations located around the room. The imposter's job was to covertly tag crew members out of the game without getting caught. Ms. Maggie Salem said It was a fun way to practice acting skills on the last day of the week! #CMSBlueJays

SKULL FUN: Ms. Anne Willis' 3rd grade students learned about the human skull and how it protects the brain, as well as the reason for the skull’s openings and how the jaw works. The class looked at other species’ skulls and even made their own skull masks with movable mandibles! Very cool! #WEHBlueJays

CREEPY CARROTS: Ms. Kelly Knight's 4th grade class listened to a story called "Creepy Carrots" as part of their Halloween activities. The class learned about the main character, who built a fence around a garden of carrots to keep them contained. Students then constructed their own fences using toothpicks and baby carrots! #WEHBlueJays

HALLOWEEN MATH: Ms. Haley Morgan's 5th grade math students had to plan a Halloween Party for their fictional friends, "Gob Lin" and "Terri Bull." They were given a budget, a price list for candy and decorations, and had to keep from going over budget. Students worked together using adding and subtracting decimal skills to plan the perfect party. #WEHBlueJays
