We are reopening! On June 1, our pilates and yoga classes will resume. You can book now on MindBody to reserve your spots! We will have some changes to the schedule and procedures due to COVID-19:... 1. Booking/Before the class: We ask that you book classes, when possible, at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly. If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms or have confirmed exposure, we ask that you cancel your bookings for two weeks, returning after your quarantine is over. If this happens within 24 hours of a booked class, please contact us and we'll waive the late cancellation fee. :) We are also staggering class times where possible to avoid congestion between the pilates and yoga students; please arrive on time! 2. When you arrive: Please stay in your car until the previous class is fully dismissed and has left (if applicable). When you come in, please remove coat and shoes in the foyer, respecting social distancing from other students, and then wash/sanitize hands. We may be taking temperatures and asking questions about any symptoms, exposure, or travel to places of recognized outbreaks. We will provide sanitizer and cleaning wipes if desired. 3. During the class (Pilates): Vinyl straps are coming mid-June; in the meantime, we will have gloves available if you want them. Masks will NOT be worn due to safety issues--airflow is too constricted for active exercise. We will be observing social distancing as much as possible. All studio equipment will be cleaned/sanitized between students. Adjustments will be no-contact. For yoga, you are welcome to bring your own mat and props, although you are welcome to use ours if needed--all equipment will be sanitized/cleaned between students. For restorative and yoga nidra classes, you may wear a mask if you like if you can breathe fully and deeply through it consistently, but we will not be requiring or providing masks. Also, gloves are not recommended for yoga classes besides yoga nidra due to stability and safety concerns. 4. After the class: We ask that you again wash/sanitize your hands, and avoid congestion in the foyer as you collect your belongings to leave.
