Welcome to Change of Life, LLC, owned and operated by Jennifer Newcomer, LMT. I am a mobile Licensed Massage Therapist that will travel to you to provide customized Licensed Massage Therapy. I provide table massages, chair massages, reflexology, and life coaching. I believe in the importance of the mind-body-spirit-environment connection. I am available MTWRF 9am-4pm. Coronavirus Precautions Taken: Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019, or COVID-19, I am taking extra preventive precautions with each client involving sanitization and disinfecting practices, such as my own wearing of masks, requiring clients to wear masks to protect themselves from others and also to protect others, wearing gloves if or when required, cleaning surfaces with bleach between each client, using protective plastic/rubber barrier over table and... headrest that can be sanitized, changing headrest covers or using disposables, changing sheets/towels/pillowcases each time, using bleach and hot water to launder all linens, using bleach on all bolsters, having myself and each client wash hands with warm water and handsoap before entering the treatment room, using hand sanitizer with alcohol as needed, having a towel warmer with UV light, etc . I have used a UV light wand over all surfaces in the treament room. I try to keep the treatment room as sterilized as possible (I even bleach the floor), and make sure the common areas are clean, for example the restroom and lobby. In between each client, I wipe down faucet handles, toilet seat and handle, doorhandles, clipboards, pens, reception counter surfaces, keyboards, mouse, credit card machine, and any other things that my client or I touch. I also take all clients' forehead temperatures before entering the lobby. I screen them asking questions to determine possible risk or potential exposure, as well as asking if he or she has had any possible symptoms. Possible Symptoms of COVID-19 may include but are not limited to: Fever Fatigue Dry cough Difficulty breathing Chills Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea Confusion New widespread muscle pain Headaches Red or purple toes Loss of taste & smell Bruising, redness, swelling, or cramping in lower legs, and of course, testing positive for COVID-19, including viral detection and/or antibodies.
