Does everyone have the Chick-fil-A App? If so, what do you like most about it: ease of payment, ease of ordering, earning treats, or getting Free Rewards from Chick-fil-A Independence Center? If you have the app and don’t use it, why not? Do you forget to? If you don’t have the app, why don’t you use it? Thanks for your feedback.

What are some of your favorite Limited time Only products that we served? We may have a couple that are coming back soon! And some new and tasty products coming in 2021.

We sent out almost 10,000 treat out to our regular Chick-fil-A app users over the past week. Did you get one?

We are missing seeing our guests in our dining room daily. Watching your children play while building relationships with guests over these last 12 years has been a goal of mine since I joined CFA. At some point we will reopen our dining room. We are wanting to move forward, safely. We want our team members and our guests to remain healthy. I would like your feedback, again. Who is ready to come back in and dine with us? When we do, we will follow all the guidelines set forth by those in authority and Chick-fil-A Inc. Please let me know your thoughts, are you ready to eat in our dining room again, or are you still wanting social distancing and will continue with Curbside pickup and drive thru? We did a post earlier this month and the responses were so good, that we selected 10 names to come in and get a bottle of their favorite bottled sauces. Currently we have our Chick-fil-A Sauce, Barbeque Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce, Polynesian Sauce and our Garden Herb Ranch available. On your next visit in the drive thru, let our team know that you are on the winners list. Have you had DoorDash deliver Chick-fil-A to your home yet? If not, this week they are delivering Chick-fil-A, with No delivery fee, through September 26. Try them out, and let us know how they did. To be transparent, I have had them deliver Chick-fil-A from my restaurant to our home, just to ensure things were handled correctly, more than once. So convenient when you don’t feel like driving to Chick-fil-A. Lloyd

They are here! Calling all chocolate enthusiasts! Our new Brownie and our limited time flavor Mocha Cream Cold Brew are available at Chick-fil-A Independence Center. They are quite delicious.
