Cellar House, an established small independent scratch restaurant in south St. Louis County is looking for a full-time line cook to join our team and assist our chef in all aspects of the daily operation of the kitchen. We feature a Contemporary American cuisine and are open for dinner service every Tuesday - Saturday and brunch service once per month on a Sunday. We have a welcoming team environment and offer competitive wages, bonuses, performance-based raises, and a 401k p...rogram. We are looking for an individual who is eager to put their stamp on the business and can assist the chef with prep as well as comfortably work the pantry, grill, or saute station during service. The ideal candidate should have at least three years experience working in a restaurant kitchen with a chef driven menu, posses strong knife skills, be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, and have the desire to work on a team, learn new techniques and to share knowledge with teammates when possible. Compensation for this position is competitive against industry standards and based on experience.
