CCR Lessons & Boarding

Here is the official list of ranch rules for all who come onto the ranch! Thank you for taking a look and being respectful of others! 1) Respect other boarder's and property owner's belongings. At no point may a boarder/or property owner use another boarder/property owner's items without consent. 2) Please provide personal belongings such as brushes, tack, blankets, fly masks etc, to avoid cross-contamination. ... 3) When trainers/trainees are in session with a horse or rider please be considerate and avoid conversation with trainers/trainees. 4) At no point are boarders/property owners permitted to the use or access of another boarder/property owner's horse(s). 5) Please give a warning to property owners prior to arrival. 6) Trainees work under the trainer, if at any point you have questions regarding training techniques please refer to the trainer with questions. Trainees are not liable and are not at liberty to divulge training techniques as they cannot be responsible for accidents or injury. 7) CCR is open 24/7, 365 days a year with the exception of Saturdays. Property owners and trainers are unavailable outside of emergencies due to Saturdays being their Religious/Holy day. 8) Always shut the gate behind you. 9) When using arena/trail obstacles put items back where you found them. 10) Do not discard cigarette butts/trash on the ground, please throw them away in the proper trash receptacles. 11) Absolutely no drama whatsoever will be tolerated. Respect gets respect. 12) Horses are animals, they have minds of their own and they will use them. Always be aware of their/your surroundings. 13) Horses have good days and bad days just like humans, especially mares depending on their cycles. Keep this in mind. 14) Do not feed any horses any items unless approved by property owners/ boarder. Rules are subject to change at any time, boarders will be notified to refer to the ranch rules when change is made.

Day 2 on Jack Aka Francis as Karlie calls him! You guys will be seeing Sierra doing most of the in saddle work as Karlie is 34 weeks pregnant! Big thanks to Jess for taking these videos!

New project in for training, Jack had his evaluation today on what he knows and doesn't know as far as riding, round pen manners, ect. We are super excited to get him trail ready for spring next year! The fun stuff begins tomorrow, keep an eye on the page for updates on Jack's journey!!
