Luke and I started a big home this week. We hit the hard stuff and needed the big iron to remove it.

348 unit apartment complex located Oklahoma City. Trying to get footings poured in this Oklahoma red wet dirt.

Getting foundation plumb and square today.. one last look for anything that might blow. Lots of concrete trucks on Monday!

Millwork complete, bring on the finish painters. Almost done. Next?

Started a new home today and took on a partner. Luke C. McKinney. Very thankful for these homeowners and their trust in me to build their dreams. Plus I’m excited about this partner ( my son)

30 acre front yard and 1 acre home ..... When the sun comes out and the dirt gets a crust on it, everybody got busy all at once. I teamed up with Dill Construc...tion and we got some big iron on the job. We burned up several gallons of diesel fuel on 3 acres. The backfill and finish grading all done, steel and wood today. Passed inspection this morning, it’s ready for some insulation and smooth finish drywall.

The new Mercy Medical Center in Bolivar MO is getting some drywall.

Just got back from the Bentonville Arkansas Apartment Project. Go take a tour, it’s almost done.
