Thank you for all of the support during our first week! We want to take a moment to share with you a little about the friendly faces you will be seeing here, like General Manager, Alen Tanovic. With a love for hospitality passed down from his parents and present throughout his upbringing in Croatia, Alen embraced the profession from an early age. His firsthand experience with the parallels between Croatian and Italian cultures and his personal tie to homemade cuisine serve him well as a general manager. Tanovic’s philosophy is to contrive a unique connection between server and guest to elevate a sense of ‘home’ within Casa Don Alfonso. Overall, his breadth of experience has cultivated leadership in and dedication for guest hospitality, ensuring the highest level of service to create an unforgettable atmosphere.
