Hey there all you cool cats and kittens. Some of you are stuck at home for a while and all of us are in need of some distraction. Since Netflix has blessed us with the apex of entertainment in the form of Tiger King, I want to give this a shot. Dust off your Google law degrees (we all know you have them) because I want you to participate in a little legal issue spotting with all of our players from the docuseries. I’ll make a list of everyone we’re profiling, you provide yo...ur commentary on what you think the legal issues surrounding that person are, and we’ll progress over time with a public forum trial/legal assessment of their issues. For kicks and giggles, we’re going to say Missouri law and Federal laws concerning exotic animals apply. We’ll keep Florida’s statute of 5 year time limitation for declaring a person legally dead. In order to make it easier to keep up with the comments section and keep the conversation relevant, I’m going to renew the post each day/every other day depending on how much input we get. The new daily post will summarize where we are (as best as I can) and give a little direction maybe on what issues we should address next. Here are our players (If I miss anyone, let me know. Keep in mind, some of them might just be witnesses, or some of them might be persons you want to offer a deal in exchange for testimony). We are still open and doing business. Some of the calls we have received lately are persons concerned about their estate planning or concerned they cannot get in to make updates, changes, or create their estate plan. We will work with you to meet either virtually or at our office while observing social distancing and help you in any way we can.

Oh just to see how this shakes out

I guess my phone isn't quick enough to catch the snow as it's coming down, but I did get both Barton County and Jasper County courthouses in the snow this morning.
