SUPERBOWL RIBS ANYONE ? Guess I will make it public. Not sure when the superbowl is but ribs WILL be a SMOKIN! This thing has kinda gotten out of hand so I would ask a favor and if anyone wants some to freeze and some fresh I will cook and freeze some on Saturday. Then cook the fresh ones on Sunday. As like last year a full slab of meaty back ribs vacuum packed will be $20.00 and I will meet everyone at the Expo Center at the fairgrounds. Send me a message on your order.

45 lbs Brisket, 55 lbs Chicken, 40 lbs Pork Butt and 5 gallon of beans later I am finally done cooking for some friends graduation parties. Congrats Seniors. I remember mine ## years ago.

Found out that I will again be helping with Cole Cycle Biker Bash & Poker Run. Saturday June 9th. Not sure yet what we will be cooking but will do everything in my power to make sure it is good. Had a fun and exhausting weekend working with Crossroads Christian Church Game feed Saturday 3/31/2012. We smoked 12 pork loins, 3 turkeys, approx 40 lbs of bacon wrapped duck and 40 - 8 oz tuna steaks. (oh, and some ribs for our lunch)

Headed to Columbia tomorrow to help with the 2012 Polar Bear Cue BBQ Contest. 50-60 teams competing. Should be a party.
