Its Sunday what are you smoking or grilling today? Ribs just went on! BBQ tip of the day: Did you know that on the back of pork ribs there is a membrane over the bones called silver skin. With a little work you can remove this membrane. The membrane makes it more difficult for your rubs to permeate the ribs on the back, that's the reason some cooks remove it. Some people say the ribs are tougher with that membrane as well. If you have ever heard a cook say they have to skin the ribs this is what they are talking about.
