This Thursday we're hosting our only Canary KC pop up until we officially open later in the fall. Chef Mark Dandurand has created a beautiful 4 course dinner, which will include wine and cocktails from the Canary bar team. $78 includes tax and tip. ****this is a socially distant outdoor dining event..masks will be required while not seated at your table.*****

After an arduous search, we have found our Executive Chef, Mark Dandurand! Most recently from Fond at Strang Hall and Stock Hill prior to that, Mark plans to bring a personal touch to the menu designed to explore Modern American comfort food. Mark is a firm believer in utilizing locally sourced and sustainably farmed ingredients not only because of the amplified quality these items add to a menu, but also because supporting the community is critical to our mission. Welcome to Canary, Mark!

Construction got underway a few weeks ago! We're hopeful for an October opening.
