ATTENTION TO OUR LOYAL FAMILY OF PATIENTS! Hope everyone is staying well! For the upcoming weeks, we will be adjusting our staffing and patient load to accommodate required social distancing while still being open to meet emergency demands and ongoing patient-care needs. These additional safety precautions will add time to every appointment so we ask for your patience and understanding. ... While we have always followed stringent infection control protocol in our operatories and common areas, we have implemented additional measures that we are asking all our patients: * Please call our office to reschedule if you have any flu-like symptoms, traveled by air or cruise in the last 2 weeks, have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 and/or are medically compromised (high-risk to contract virus). * Upon arrival to the office please remain in your vehicle. Call the office and inform us of your arrival. * A staff member will come to your vehicle where screening questions will be asked and temperatures of guardian and patient will be obtained. A mask and gloves will be given to the guardian accompanying the patient. * Only the scheduled patient with one guardian will be allowed in the office. Guardian is to remain in private room when xrays are being obtained. * Upon arrival for your appointment, we are asking each patient and guardian to immediately wash their hands in each private room. * Doors will be propped open wherever possible.
