Plans after High School: Attending State Technical College of Missouri’s HVAC Program Number of Years at Camp: 6 Favorite Camp Memory: I don’t have a specific favorite memory because there are so many great memories, but I always enjoyed Vespers and commitment night the most. It’s where I felt closest to God. Whether it was the family skits for Vespers, the washing of the feet, or maybe not being completely committed late into the night on commitment night, playing some cards and quietly as we could and talking. Some of us boys had the most real conversations on commitment night, after midnight. My first commitment night is when Mateo and I became best friends at camp. Those are my best and closest memories. Congratulations, Christian! Your Camp Aurora family is so proud of you!

Number of Years at Camp: 10 Favorite Camp Memory: It’s hard to pick just one, but a pretty good one is one night in cabin Luke... I think either the boys were pranking us or we thought they were. A friend had just come over and we whispered for a while and then both ended falling asleep at some point and woke up and she had all the covers and I had all of the bed! Congratulations, Sierra! Your Camp Aurora family is so proud of you!

Summer 2020 Camp Aurora Family It is with heavy hearts that we announce we will be cancelling all sessions of camp this summer. Please know we did not make this decision lightly. We have watched our world, kept up with guidelines and protocols, and have prayed for a swift solution, but unfortunately there is not a simple answer. Our number one priority is the safety of our campers and staff members. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure a safe environment at this t...ime. If you have already registered your child we will be in contact with you shortly about reimbursement. Please know we are working on alternative ways to stay connected with our Camp Aurora campers and families this summer. This is not a camping year lost! Please stay tuned for updates and opportunities for campers to connect.
