We had a blast today! Alana W (aka Annie Oakley of UW Turkey Shoot Fame) bested all the fellas at underwater Texas Hold "Em. Monty C was 2nd Place, Bobby F was 3rd Place, and Tanner F was 4th. The other divers did not place, but I'm sure they learned a lot about being a Card Shark! Each participant received a keychain SSI Whistle. Special Thanks to Aaron G for a fabulous job as Dealer! He received a One Year Wild Blue Membership and a Rash Guard in appreciation. The Chil...i Contest was amazingly tasty! 1st Place went to Aaron G's 4-Meat Chili. A tie for 2nd Place went to Brian w's Burger Chili and Gary E's EZ Chili. 3rd Place went to Bobby F's Tex Mex Chili. The participants enjoyed getting to pick their prizes, and it was pretty cool that everyone got a prize they really wanted! The Popular Choice, where we voted with money went to Aaron G and he got sweet Princeton Tec light! Thanks to all who came and supported the cause! See more

Try Scuba was fun this morning! They listened with rapt attention in the Classroom, and then put the new knowledge to use in the pool! It is always a joy to introduce people to breathing underwater. Thank You, Brian! You made some lives much merrier today!
