Tanning Consultant/Sales Associate About us Bronze Tan we are the premiere tanning salon in St. Louis. We have the best UV beds, sunless spray booths and custom airbrush services in the area. We are a customer service based company so you will be required to go above and beyond what a normal salon will ask from you. We are great company to work for with an opportunity for advancement. We are very clear on what is asked from you. Employees that work hard and follow directions ...love us and stay with us for a long time. Responsibilities- We are looking for All Stars in Customer Service and Sales. We have part time hours available and you must be available for night and weekend shifts! We love employees that love everything tanning! Living in the area is a definite plus. All part time employees must do one weekend shift a week. We train all of our employees to run the tanning salon by themselves so you must be responsible. Night shift employees must be at the Salon by 5 pm, preferably earlier. They will earn $10.40 plus commission as a tanning consultant. Our motivated sales consultants make an extra $2 to $3 and hour in commission while the Salons average is $1 extra an hour in commission. We are a high volume tanning salon so there is no sitting around and we do a lot of cleaning. We promote based on performance and availability. A tanning salon consultant must learn to: -Open and close salon -Clean and sanitize the salon (we do a lot of cleaning) -Show great customer service -Consult all customers on 1) UV beds 2) All tanning lotions and self-tanners 3) Explain preparation, process, and maintenance of all sunless services 4) Red Light Therapy Employees that show responsibility, trustworthiness and eagerness to learn will be trained to be custom Airbrush Artists. We are the premiere Airbrush salon in the St. Louis area so we are busy. Our custom airbrush artists can make anywhere from $20 to $30 an hour including their tips and commissions. This depends on the shifts they work and the time of the year. We need custom airbrush artists so we are looking for somebody to step up! There is no prior experience needed, but applicants must be able to submit a resume. We are looking for applicants eager to work and get started. employees get FREE access to all our services and 50% off retail products. We do not offer benefits yet. We are hiring part-time employees for day & night shifts and being available for weekend shifts is a plus too. We are NOT looking for seasonal or temporary employees.
