Who else LOVES a good GIF?! I will admit that I probably love them a little tooooo much answer the question below with a GIF With summer in full swing, now, what is your FAVORITE summer activity?!

The last year I’ve stepped away from this because I participated with the lies that the enemy was telling me. I crumbled under the ugly ways the enemy was using people to tear me down. I threw my hands up & walked away. The last 6 months God has been restoring so many areas of my heart- Broken Chains being one of them. He has been calling me back to doing what He made me to do..... partner with women & walk alongside them as they navigate through their health. Yesterday I h...ad the opportunity to lead a Meet Up & this little act of obedience really shook my heart up- bringing it back to life I totally forgot a group picture but I looooove the words & phrases these women came up with. The ones they committed to not participate in & the ones they committed to partnering with. There really aren’t words for some of the ways that God moved in our Meet Up. The way He brought women who started out the day not knowing each other but ended it being sisters. The way He brought restoration, hope, peace & JOY.... He is on the MOVE & I am incredibly blessed to do what I do. Stay tuned for what’s next for Broken Chains Health and Wellness.

Who else has a DECEMBER BABY? Our oldest turns 5 this month & we are in full birthday party mode, for her superhero party tomorrow [nothing last minute, right? Haha] I cannot wait to see her sweet face & all her little friends dressed in their superhero costumes What are some of your favorite themes you've done for your kiddos' birthday?
