We get asked almost daily about rate increases. Unfortunately, they are inevitable. I try to encourage people to not take it so personal because many times it has nothing to do with you as an individual, it just means the pool that you are a part of under-performed and therefore EVERYONE in the group has to pay more. If not, insurance companies will become insolvent and as much as they are vilified, we as consumers still need our insurance companies to make a profit so that they are able to meet our needs when we do have a loss.
