Upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive an e-mail/text including a link to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire. We will review every questionnaire carefully and contact you personally if there are any concerns We are asking all patients and family members to remain in your car and notify us when you arrive. Once we have received your messag...e, an office staff member will notify you when your room is ready and we can escort you to your room with minimal outside contact We are asking everyone that enters/exits the office wear a face covering Upon entering the office, we will take each patients temporal temperature and supply hand sanitizer to prevent the spread of any outside contaminants Each staff member will be well equipped in the proper PPE regulated by the CDC/ADA throughout the entire appointment Each room is carefully cleaned with medical grade sanitizer (tested and approved to kill COVID-19) between each appointment Every room is equipped with a medical grade air purifier Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
