Our signature beer burger topped with swiss cheese, thick cut bacon, herb aioli, arugula, avocado and our new Bourbon Honey Caramelized Onions. This weekend we are having a Halloween costume contest (10/30 10/31) and the winner gets a $25 gift card! Come have fun with us and enjoy our new sweet treat! Introducing the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bourbon Brownie. This brownie is a combination of milk chocolate and peanut butter cooked with Still 630's Presence of Darkness whiskey. Topped with our homemade whipped cream and our decadent bourbon caramel sauce... of course homemade. The bourbon whiskey is a collaboration with 4 Hands Brewery using their Absence of Light chocolate peanut butter stout beer. Still 630 double-distilled the incredible beer and aged it in oak barrels to create an amazing and exceptionally smooth whiskey. Pair this brownie with an Absence of Light beer (one of Owner Chris & GM Phil's favorite beers) or a glass of Presence of Darkness for a sensory symphony.

I have to take a moment and thank the amazing people behind the scenes that make Brewer's Kitchen what it is. Times are hard and after hearing this week that 2 big name independent restaurants in Kansas City are choosing to close down, it makes me reflect and want to thank the people who are in the trenches with me, working long hours, doing more with less during these different and difficult times. It takes a special kind of person to work in this industry. The hours are lon...g, the shifts are stressful and the pace is constantly go go go. I work hard to make Brewer's Kitchen a great place to work but I couldn't do this at all without my amazing staff, who give their all for Brewer's Kitchen and this incredible city we love.
